Overview

Commercial HVAC equipment only performs as intended when the controls sequence, field devices, wiring, controller, and network work together. Direct LV installs and services the complete DDC path—from sensors and actuators in the field to the controller, BACnet communication network, and building automation system.

We work from project drawings, point lists, and sequences of operation to install, terminate, test, and verify each required control point. That includes new construction, tenant improvements, replacements, and upgrades to operating buildings where the existing platform and equipment must be understood before changes are made.

Whether the system uses Automated Logic (ALC), Trane, Johnson Controls (JCI), or another major BAS/DDC platform, the goal is the same: accurate inputs, reliable outputs, correct equipment response, and clear documentation of what was verified.
